All the Beilei pieces supplied this time are produced on the company's self-developed fully automatic welding production line. By introducing intelligent robots and CNC machining centers, the company has achieved full automation of the entire process from cutting, assembly to welding, strictly controlling the welding accuracy of key nodes within 0.3 millimeters, ensuring the structural strength and dimensional uniformity of each Bailey piece. 2. Anti corrosion black technology: "Armor" customized for specific environments
For specific environments, Jiangsu Bailey has adopted a high standard hot-dip galvanizing process. The 321/200 type Bailey sheet has undergone strict galvanizing treatment, with a surface zinc layer thickness of up to or even exceeding 80 microns. This dense layer of "protective armor" can effectively isolate the erosion of moisture, greatly extending the service life of components under harsh working conditions, reducing the maintenance cost of the project in the later stage, and ensuring the safety and stability of the construction of the Bailey steel bridge during the long construction period.

The 321/200 type Bailey plate, as a classic modular truss structure, is known for its "simple structure, convenient transportation, fast installation, and large load capacity".
